The FSE Anti-Discrimination Division was established in 2013. With this group within Football Supporters Europe (FSE), we want to organise our joint activities against discrimination better and connect all our members with a focus of activities in this area. Our overall aim is to extend the network of fans active in this area, our knowledge, to learn from each other, to increase the number of cross-country activities with each other and to widen our expertise in this field.
All FSE members and other interested football supporters are invited to get involved so that we can build a solid foundation for this division together! Below you can also find a summary of our latest actions.
If you want to join the anti-discrimination division, send an email to the FSE Coordinating Office.
SECOND FAN SHIRT
In 2014, FSE started the “Second Fan Shirt” campaign. In view of the frightening war scenarios across the world, leaving millions of people stranded close to the war zones or in the middle of Europe, FSE members decided to get active to do our bit to support those left with nothing more than the clothes they are wearing. It could literally affect any of us one day, too, you never know. So, we should help one another already today.
In this spirit, the Second Fan Shirt campaign started off simply with fans organising collections of football & fan merchandise. The football clothes are donated to refugee camps or sold via the [FSE Ebay Charity Account] and the money generated from the sales is given to refugee aid projects all over the continent. Football fans from more than 10 countries have already joined Second Fan Shirt in order to support refugees across the world.
The campaign still is running…it’s therefore not to late to join Second Fan Shirt now!
